How it works.
We provide all the benefits of an instructional coach without needing to create a new role on your campus. We start by getting to know your school’s unique strengths and needs. From there, we meet with teachers on a regular basis to discuss their goals, set action steps, and provide feedback. Coaching is an ongoing, relationship-based process, so your teachers will always meet with the same coaching team. We support your school by supporting your teachers.
